IT Business Partner / Analyst Sales & Operations
Your role:
- Lead the requirements engineering process for assigned projects and change requests
- Guide key users and stakeholders in the definition of their needs and requirements
- Plan, prepare and lead meetings with key users and project teams
- Document issues, action items, user requirements, or deliverables from project meetings
- Draft Business Requirements and Functional Requirements documents
- Draft Business Cases documents as per the PMO methodology
- Support the Project Manager in the definition of project’s scope, planning and effort
- Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analyses of business processes and applications
- Model business process flows and context diagrams
- Ensure alignment of requirements across all stakeholders
- Review Technical Requirements with technical teams (internal and external)
- Ensure functional coordination of implementations (internal and external)
- Ensure the quality of new features released through structured testing
- Lead the User Acceptance Tests sessions
- Draft user documentation
- Lead the User Training sessions
- Draft functional documentation and hand it over to the IT Support Team
- Provide 2nd and 3rd tier application support for assigned application(s)
- Identify opportunities for business and process improvement
- Lead relevant actions towards applications stability improvements, including regular interactions with the support and technical teams for problem management and root cause analysis
Your profile:
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are able to effectively prioritize and carry out tasks in a very dynamic environment
- You are customer oriented, with excellent communication skills, capable to defend your ideas, but open to listen to others as well
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools
- Experience in Business Process Modeling
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- You are fluent in Dutch and English or in French and English.
